After training in academic medicine at UCLA and UCSF, I looked like I had it all. The truth was, I was deeply burnt out and unfulfilled. In 2018, I took the terrifying leap to leave my fellowship and build something of my own.
I started as a one-woman show, driving all over Northern California as a concierge injector to build my practice from scratch. Soon, something amazing happened: nurses started reaching out, asking for my guidance and supervision. That first partnership grew to over 20 MedSpas, purely through word-of-mouth from the incredible nurses I was mentoring.
My mission became crystal clear: to provide the transparent partnership and expert guidance this industry lacks, and to empower nurses like you to build the profitable, fulfilling practices you deserve.
